Despite these studies, data on how erythritol affects commensal causing pathogenicity remain limited. In this study, microbiota (Escherichia coli) models were used investigate effects different concentration metabolism bacteria, especially Escherichia coli’s growth, transformation efficiency hemolytic activity. The results showed decreased bacteria’s ability normally grow higher concentration, biofilms varying degrees. And addition an effect promote growth coli. Habitual artificial continues increase was maintenance micro-ecological equilibrium gut.
